"It's tough – a lot tougher than normal. This place isn't a great fishery to being with, but this week it's especially tough for me at least. The water's extremely high, and I'd say 90% of the lake's muddy. There's a little bit of clear water, but there's been 100 boats practicing on it every day. I don't need to go down there and do that.
"I think the guys who figure them out in the muddy water should have the fish to themselves. I've heard that a few guys have that figured out. But for me, and everyone I've talked to, catching five is not an easy chore."
